LTD has been operating in the United Arab Emirates since 1976 as a leading specialized contractor in the field of Waterproofing & Thermal Insulation and Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete and Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic known as GRC and GRP. Throughout its activities, BEAM Engineering and Construction (Gulf) Co. Waterproofing

With over 40 years of experience, we provide complete waterproofing solutions to basements, roofs, wet areas using SBS & APP modified bituminous membrane ensuring a guaranteed watertight system. We are also applicators of Elastomeric Liquid Systems for exposed roofs, POLYUREA for podium decks and approved Dubai Central Laboratory (DCL) for COMBO roof system using rigid spray Polyurethane (PU).
